Most Proof-of-Stake networks pay a rate — a percentage of the amount staked, often scaled further by how long it was held. FIC pays a fixed amount, 10 FIC plus fees, to whoever produces a block, regardless of the size or age of the stake that won it. A larger stake wins blocks more often, but never earns more per block.
